We sail daily through the Strait of Magellan to the Magdalena and Marta Islands. Magdalena Island welcomes the penguins every year and Marta Island is home to the sea lions. We begin this unique adventure, after checking in at our office, we head towards Bahía Laredo by transfer to board the Yacht Steel Magnolia; towards Magdalena Island, where we will disembark for 1 hour with our guide to learn about the natural habitat of the Magellanic Penguins, in one of the largest colonies in South America. We continue our journey to Marta Island to spot Sea Lions (if weather conditions permit), Imperial Cormorants and hundreds of Southern Gulls. Afterwards you will enjoy a delicious lunch on the Yacht. Then we return to the dock and Punta Arenas. We will also have the opportunity, if we are lucky, to spot Southern Dolphins, Overas Dolphins and Sei Whales.
